Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr is an Irish musician and singer. Corr, along her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, made their debut as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr is an Irish singer musician songwriter and actor. She has been awarded her Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award. She is most well-known for being part of The Corrs, a Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs. She sings as well as plays various instruments for the group. Andrea began her professional career as an actress in 1991. Then she was an actor and musician. She was an actor in the playback of 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's artistic career has many facets. The charitable work she has done has also been acknowledged. Andrea's husband, a stockbroker, and two children belong to her. Andrea began her lessons in music with the tin whistle. Gerry showed her how to play piano. Andrea is also a ukulele player. Andrea spent the majority of her teenage life honing and perfecting her musical skills. She sang along with her sisters and became the leader of the band after lots of rehearsal. Andrea frequently performed in school's musicals. She went to Dun Lughaidh Convent.
