Ward was the very first child born to MonroeLouisianaon 15 April, 1976. Monroe Christian School is a exclusively Christian private school for children of all ages. Ward was a student at Ouachita high school in the parish for secondary education. Then she transferred to River Oaks High School the season following her junior year. A short time after her graduation, she enrolled at Northeast Louisiana University. Ward quit school at thirteen and relocated to New York so that she could start modeling. Several years later she decided to also try acting. She was first cast uncredited in 1970s in the soap opera All My Children. Later, she was cast in the short-lived teen drama on NBC's prime time Malibu Shores. The daytime soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999, she began a film career. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet, the mother of a girl who is in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. For her private life, she's married to David C. Robinson. With him they had Cameron.
